We carry out the legally required inspection in accordance with ASR A 1.7 (Technical Rules for Workplaces) and other relevant standards and regulations. How often must industrial doors be inspected?

Power-operated doors and gates must be inspected at least once a year by qualified personnel in accordance with ASR A1.7. In the case of intensive use or special environmental conditions, a six-monthly inspection may be advisable. An initial inspection prior to commissioning is also mandatory.
 

Who is authorised to perform UVV inspections on gate systems?

Safety inspections may only be performed by qualified personnel. These individuals must possess the necessary expertise gained through vocational training, professional experience and recent professional activity. Our service technicians meet these requirements and undergo regular further training.

What documents do I need to present for a gate inspection?

You should have the following documents ready for each power-operated gate: manufacturer's documentation, CE declaration of conformity, previous test reports and maintenance logs, and, if applicable, the test logbook. If any documents are missing, we can often obtain them or create a new test logbook.

How much does it cost to maintain industrial doors?

The costs depend on the number and type of doors, the desired scope of maintenance and the travel distances involved. We would be happy to provide you with a customised quote for a maintenance contract. In any case, the costs of regular maintenance are significantly lower than the follow-up costs of an unplanned breakdown.

Do you also repair doors from other manufacturers?
