The commission
The client required an automated welding machine, including turntable and power source, with a travel range of 3000 mm in both x and y axes. Such an item is not available as standard. For the client it was also important to have the equipment supplied from a single source so that they would only have one contact point to deal with in the event of a malfunction.
Contract scope

- define the required components
- select suppliers
- co-ordinate the companies involved in the production process
- arrange a delivery acceptance date in conjunction with the client
- effect delivery, installation and commissioning at the plant
