All-round overview thanks to customer portal Lebronze alloys Germany GmbH has been using customer portal maintenance since 2019
The successful partnership between Lebronze alloys and Blumenbecker Industrie-Service goes back five years and began with the repair of a tool. Lebronze alloys Germany GmbH at the Lüdenscheid site specialises in the production of high-performance technical alloys. Blumenbecker has been responsible for the maintenance, testing and servicing of the crane and gate systems and lifting gear there since 2017. In the meanwhile, new gate systems are also being installed and commissioned by Blumenbecker's service staff.
Martin Bausen, Branch Manager Iserlohn, presented the customer portal maintenance at Lebronze for the first time in 2019. Maintenance Manager Kai-Uwe Buyna recognised the advantages of the online tool and is one of the first customers to use it to monitor numerous objects and facilities. ,,The cooperation with Blumenbecker is perfect. Everyone I'm in contact with understands our requirements, know what it's all about and it just works,'' says Buyna happily.
