Changes to the corporate structure The Ukrainian company TOV Blumenbecker was sold with effect from January 1, 2021

At the beginning of the new year, the Blumenbecker Group optimized the corporate structure of its Engineering and Automation Technology divisions. The primary aim is to reduce the number of legal structures in order to generate greater transparency on the market on the one hand and to increase the profitability of the group on the other.

Therefore Blumenbecker LLC in Braunschweig and the parent company in the USA were dissolved. Blumenbecker Engineering Holding GmbH was merged with B+M Blumenbecker GmbH. The operating business activities of Blumenbecker Industrie-Robotik GmbH were transferred to Blumenbecker Automatisierungstechnik GmbH, where they will be continued in the Industrial Robotics Competence Center.Blumenbecker Industrie-Robotik GmbH was renamed Blumenbecker System-Engineering GmbH

All affected employees of Blumenbecker LLC in Braunschweig and the parent company have been transferred to Blumenbecker System-Engineering GmbH (based in Braunschweig), where they now offer customers integrated solutions for conveyor, assembly and camera technology as well as robot applications under the management of Dariusz Rybarski and Stephan Witter. Also with effect from January 1, 2021, the Ukrainian company TOV Blumenbecker was sold as part of an MBO and is therefore no longer part of the Blumenbecker Group.

Blumenbecker Prag s.r.o. and Blumenbecker Slovakia s.r.o. were legally assigned to Blumenbecker Automatisierungstechnik GmbH in order to bundle automation technology services, particularly for the German mechanical and plant engineering sector.

We are convinced that these changes in the legal structure of the group will enable us to react more agilely to increasing market demands. Our customers benefit from bundled services, more flexibility and shorter response times.
