B.AI – AI-driven Bin Picking robot cell for flexible part retrieval

A modern crane system from Blumenbecker is in operation at the smelting plant of BGH Edelstahl Lippendorf GmbH near Leipzig. The double-girder overhead crane, with a lifting capacity of 20 tons, moves forged pieces weighing several tons around the clock—reliably and safely.

Installation posed a particular challenge: limited space and a low ceiling height required creative solutions.
