For robots undergoing a general overhaul, we perform a detailed disassembly down to the last screw. Each individual component is carefully assessed for usability. We carry out thorough checks for tightness, play, and all other critical parameters to ensure that every part is in top condition.
All defective components and parts prone to wear are immediately replaced with new or refurbished ones, restoring the robot’s functionality and reliability to the level you expect.
After the repair, the robot undergoes thorough surface treatment, which means not only technical restoration but also aesthetic enhancement. After the robot is reassembled, a demanding load test is carried out to verify that all parameters meet the required standards.
We provide a 12-month warranty on all refurbished robots, guaranteeing their long-term reliability and performance.
