Simulation We will validate your concept before you invest in it
Turn ideas into reality before you build
Simulation provides a digital environment with detailed 3D models of a production line or robotic cell that accurately reflects the future real‑world solution. It is a powerful tool for virtual planning, testing, and optimizing manufacturing processes, allowing us to verify the functionality of the entire concept long before physical implementation begins.
By doing so, we significantly reduce the risk of errors during execution, shorten commissioning time, and minimize costs associated with late-stage modifications.
Simulation in design phase lets us:
- validate the layout, clearances, overhead structures, and pillars,
- verify robot reachability and dynamic load, and determine the required number of robots,
- identify collision points and critical areas,
- calculate the real cycle time and takt time of the production line,
- visually present the final solution to the customer.
Thanks to this, you gain complete confidence that the designed robotic line will operate exactly as intended in real conditions, before you invest a single euro in its implementation.
More than 10 years of experience
We have been creating simulations since 2016, and over the past decade they have become an integral part of every project. We use simulations already during the proposal and tendering phase, where they help us build concepts on accurate data and present customers with solutions that are truly feasible.
Once a project is awarded, simulations gain even greater importance. They are continuously refined alongside the entire project, supporting the alignment of details across mechanical design, electrical engineering, and software development. They also allow us to quickly test various scenarios without interfering with physical production. As a result, we are able to significantly accelerate system commissioning and reduce the risk of later modifications.
For simulation development we use Siemens Process Simulate, which allows us to integrateKUKA, ABB, FANUC, and many other robot brands into a single accurate digital model.
The proven value of simulation
- Cost savings – Early identification of issues in the digital phase eliminates expensive modifications during implementation.
- Shorter project timelines – Processes can be tested and optimized outside of real production, leading to faster commissioning and reduced downtime.
- Better decision making – Realistic visualization of the future production line and accurate cycle times provide a clear foundation for comparing options and selecting the optimal solution.
- Reduced risk – Validating functionality, safety, and integration points before physical installation significantly minimizes the likelihood of errors, delays, and unplanned failures.
- Efficient space utilization – An optimized layout prevents unnecessary construction changes and helps maximize the use of available production area.
- Scalability and flexibility – The digital model can be easily updated even after commissioning, enabling testing of process changes or future expansions without disrupting production.
- Scenario comparison – Risk-free testing of different technology, process, and takt‑time variants simplifies the selection of the most efficient and cost‑effective solution.
Feasibility Studies and Time Analysis
We offer standalone feasibility studies that help our customers determine whether their planned project makes real sense in terms of technical execution, capacity, and return on investment. The study provides clear data and recommendations before the customer decides to invest in implementing the solution.
A typical study includes:
- Verification of the technical feasibility of the concept.
- Analysis of robot reachability, collision states, and capacity calculations.
- Calculation of takt and station utilization, including variable scenarios (product types, shift models).
- Identification of critical points and proposals for cycle‑time reduction measures.
- Design of the optimal layout or technology.
- Identification of risks and recommendations for their elimination.
- Deliverables: report with recommendations, 3D visualizations, video and a preliminary capacity estimate.
Three digital services, Three different benefits
Do you want to see your future project before it even exists?
We help you validate your concept, optimize cycle times, and minimize risks. Whether you’re planning a new robotic cell, a complete production line, or simply need to know if the solution is technically feasible at all, simulation gives you the confidence you need.
