The Lebronze Alloys industrial group is an expert in high-performance technical alloys. 190 employees work at the site in Lüdenscheid, producing copper alloys, nickel alloys, aluminum alloys, special steels, stainless steels, titanium, and nickel superalloys. In total, this amounts to 350 alloys that meet the most complex requirements.
The company supplies alloys for electrical engineering in numerous sectors, such as healthcare, the defense industry, the automotive sector, aerospace, and renewable energy production.
The task
LeBronze was looking for a new reliable partner for the maintenance of its crane systems, gates, and slings and chose Blumenbecker. Since then, Blumenbecker's specialists have been carrying out inspections and repairs on the crane and gate systems as well as slings. Lebronze Alloys also orders new gates, which Blumenbecker's service staff install and commission.
Around two years after the initial contact, Blumenbecker introduced the new customer portal for maintenance. Even several thousand objects and systems can be easily monitored using the online tool.
The service
Blumenbecker provides LeBronze Alloys with professional and reliable maintenance for its crane systems, gates, and slings. LeBronze is also one of the first customers to use the maintenance customer portal.
During maintenance in February 2020, Blumenbecker presented the update to the customer portal. Maintenance manager Kai-Uwe Buyna was one of the trade visitors at the Blumenbecker booth and praised the tool's customer-friendly usability and clarity.

The inspection reports are digital and can be accessed in the customer portal after each inspection.
