Ekka is the specialist for professional paint stripping and cleaning of metals and other materials. With around 60 employees, the company focuses on high-quality and environmentally friendly paint stripping. Production is carried out using various processes in three shifts.
The comission:
In the past, gloves, rubber aprons, dust masks—in short, most of the required PPE (personal protective equipment)—as well as route cards, pens, adhesive tape, etc. were distributed by the respective supervisors. A tally sheet was used for documentation purposes. If, for example, a glove broke during the night shift when no one was working in the administration office to issue new PPE, the employee had to rely on their foreman still having a supply. The process needed to be optimized.
The assignment:
Not all vending machines are the same. Every customer has different requirements. The devices are as varied as the needs themselves. Sometimes only a flap opens, sometimes the entire door.
