The flexible robotic cell B.ARC offers a compact solution for series welding applications.

B.ARC features two completely independent welding tables in terms of safety, significantly reducing the overall welding process time. While the robot welds on one table, the operator can load parts on the other without compromising cell safety. Additionally, the operator does not need to wear protective goggles. The movement of the drum doors is fully automated and depends on the start or completion of the welding process, allowing the operator to immediately recognize that the welding cycle has been properly finished.

The sheet metal enclosure of the robotic cell includes safety viewing windows. These inspection windows not only enable visual monitoring of the process but also simplify the programmer’s work, for example, when adjusting the robot’s trajectories.

Easy handling and customization to your needs

One of the key advantages of our solution is the compact, self-supporting design, which allows the cell to be transported using a standard forklift.

Design modifications can be implemented upon mutual agreement according to customer preferences. If required, we also offer the option to supply custom fixtures.
