Engineers at Blumenbecker

Our engineers optimise processes and production steps, integrate new and existing machines and robots, develop control solutions and circuits and program the software behind it all. Also when it comes to the field of robotics, our engineers excel at developing the solution that is just right for the particular customer – from programming and advanced positioning techniques all the way to the construction of special-purpose robot components.

In addition to implementing complex industrial networks (Profibus, Interbus, Profinet, DeviceNet) and integrating them into the enterprise network, engineers at Blumenbecker develop SQL- or Oracle-oriented database and archiving systems as well as systems for production control and tracking in cooperation with SAP. Last, but not least, they also write customer-specific software.

Key sectors for our engineers include automotive, energy, conveying technology and logistics, rubber and tyres, wood, plastics, foodstuffs and packaging, paper, steel and cement.

Far from being ensconced in the office all the time, our engineers frequently engage with our customers on site – providing advice, supervising installation and commissioning efforts or training customer staff all over the world.
