Production "round the clock"

In the company's interest, a machine or a plant must produce 24 hours faultless material to be sold. So far the theory. The standard in production looks different.

Machines stand still for various reasons. Often the quantity requested by the customer is not manufactured in the quality demanded by him. The reasons for this are very complex: Machines have a technical defect; the assigned raw materials are not available in sufficient quantity; personnel for carrying out set-up and cleaning work is not ready at the demanded time.
