It is therefore essential for survival to have fire and smoke protection doors and smoke and heat venting systems checked annually for functionality and operability by a competent person, and have any necessary maintenance carried out. DIN 18 232 is compulsory for smoke and heat venting systems.

We are a one-stop-shop for all servicing and testing you may require. Our trained mechanics are certified experts. They will check your smoke and fire protection doors according to the regulations published by the German Construction Technology Institute, Berlin and your smoke and heat venting systems according to DIN 18 232. If servicing or repairs are required, they will carry these out immediately on site.
